E blogger help please about putting in links to companies

Hi All,
I am confused about Blogger free blogging sites

http://www.blogger.com/start
. I see some blogs ...and in the body( not adsense ads) of text I see some sites have click on buttons describing say book sellers amazon...barnes and nobile etc or different golf club sales sites...like a little explanation and then a button(link) then another paragraph and another button...and so on
My Question is there a charge for this service? Adsense is free. Is there a commercial site within E blogger where I can get this info?

It's free to join most affiliate programs. Try cj.com or click the associates link at the bottom of your Amazon homepage. They have tools that actually build the text links for you to insert in your copy. It's very easy.
