On the Button With 99: Isolated one limper and the Flop is one suit

My read is that this player is quite passive. They limp in so their hand is probably not stellar. They call which means they may be a calling station.

I have taken down a few pots pf just by raising winning a lot of dead money.

On the flop I am spooked by the all the spades. I bet the flop thinking I will figure out where I am at. When they call I suspect I am getting played and that villian probably has at least one spade that is bigger than my 9.

What do you guys think about the turn? If villian has a flush should I try to find out by betting here and not giving a free card to the single high spade hands?

Once villian bets weak on the river I think I probably am ahead and value bet hoping for a call. Does anyone just call the min bet based on the scary board?

Do we pot the flop to take it down and if not we suspect we are behind.

The minbet on the river could be an invitation to raise but at this level min/blocking bets are pretty common oop. Mabye no call to raise.
