The limit 6m games sucked before this all went down. I was already gone by then. I can only speak for the games and limits I played at the time, but there were much better games elsewhere for 3/6 to 10/20 6m.

fwiw, I pretty much agree. I used to play 3-10 6m myself but I switched to NL. I have played some 10-50 SHLHE on PS and FTP and the games have been awesome. I think the change in the games are much bigger for NLHE players while limit games still remain pretty soft. Fortunately, its much harder to transition from NLHE to LHE rather than visa versa. Since my BR has boosted, I've played some 50/100 LHE and the games have been ridic.

In short, the death of party is much tougher on NLHE players than it is on LHE players

mmhh why? i started with limit and switched to nl too but i dont see why NL->FL should be harder.


as for party i still can play there but dont do it. i never liked party as a site(imho horrible vip programs,mediocre software,mediocre support etc) but the softness pretty much forced me to play there.now im happy with my lovely stars and ft/ub for seksay rb. yay!

I'm happy with my new home on Poker Stars. I've never won a lot of money on PP or stars, and am in fact in the hole over the past 4 or 5 months, but my game is so much better since I switched to Stars. I miss the Regular LHE tourneys that PP had, but have found my place in the NLHE rebuy's on stars and have no desire to go back.
