Default Cap Game Questions...

Full Tilt has NL cap games, where the betting is capped at 30x the big blind, so in a .05/.1 game, you're never at risk for more than $3 per hand.... how does this change the dynamic of the game? Would it reduce variance and swings while reducing earnings expectation? And also, if my bankroll comfort level for a NL game is 20 full buy-ins... would I be able to maintain a smaller bankroll for Cap games since the risk is reduced... should I treat it as if the full buy-in is $3.00 in these games for the purpose of figuring out what kind of bankroll to maintain?
