1-2 PLO versus tilter
Okay the villain had basically dropped 2 buyins within the previous 7-8 hands and was playing 87/44. His bet in position i honestly feel he can have absolutely anything, even ace high at this point, I think he bets here 100% of the time, so I elect to call and re-ev turn. I realize i was probabaly wrong calling oop, because i know he'll fire turn and if I don't imrpove what do i do, however my most important question is based on the turn play. Was I incorrect in check raising here considering he was on major tilt and playing every pot literally?

Re: 1-2 PLO versus tilter
If he's really that crazy, turn is fine... you caught one of the best cards for your hand... I would fold flop... You gonna call 3 barrels w/ a pair of jacks?... find a better spot.

Re: 1-2 PLO versus tilter
this hand is silly
if he's tilting that bad you can find a better spot than some broke ass pair of Jacks (or kings with a J kicker on the turn) |

Re: 1-2 PLO versus tilter
Flop call isn't great since there's not too many cards that are good for you in the deck. 7's, K's, or a Jack. And you know Villain will keep pulling the trigger.
Turn is fine if Villain is definitely tilting and will get it in with OESD plus pair or something. |

Re: 1-2 PLO versus tilter
Yeah, I'd drop the flop but the turn is fine, I tend to dissagree with the philosophy of waiting for a strong hand against maniacs, mostly because I hate seing their stacks go to somone else, but your hand is a bit too weak, if any 'real' players were left to act then it would be really bad call, but as you closed the action I'd say it is only slightly bad.

Re: 1-2 PLO versus tilter
The flop appears to be a definite fold but isn't the end of the world seeing as you're closing the action. Turn is fine if villain is on mega-tilt, top two is more than enough for me to get it in against a villain who is throwing their money away. If you clashed with them the one time they had a hand, so be it.

Re: 1-2 PLO versus tilter
for the record he showed Qc 7c 3d 5d, so he had 6 outs, but I don't want to be results oriented as i'm pretty new to PLO. Thanks for the responses.

Re: 1-2 PLO versus tilter
i think this is pretty bad honestly....the flop is horrible for you and even if youre good on the turn its not by much..fold flop..
