Default Pokes Poker Problems

I didn't take the advice to get out of Pokes the last time this site was discussed near the end of October. Now I'm sorry I didn't take the advice. They were very slow with withdrawls, but eventually paid them. A new problem is that I have a little over two-hundred bucks in my "poker account" on Pokes, but when I try to join a table, they say I have no real money and need to deposit. They have a wierd system wherein you log into a cashier site separate from the actual game-playing site. The cashier site shows the money, but it doesn't show up on the game site. Customer support has not responded to emails asking about this problem. Anyone else having similar problems with Pokes?

My buddy's tried to cash out a couple months ago, and finally this week he got his cash out for 1/2 of his total withdrawal. Its a start I guess.

If you figure out how to get your $200 bucks out, let me know because I'd like to cash out my $25,000.

Pokes is bad news. Don't play there.

If they cant fork up my 700, and 600 rakeback which i doubt ill see I guess youvee got some problems..

Got this response from an mail I sent them :

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our poker software.
You will not be able to access the tables or deposit into your poker account,
I'm afraid. We're working on the issue and will be updating players as quickly
as possible. The current ETA is 24-48 hours.
You should still be able to transfer your funds back to your Cashier account,
however. You can do this on the "My Account" page or in the "Cashier" section.

I got an email from them that said their games should be back up Monday, Nov. 20. Didn't say anything about getting your money out. Sure, you can transfer from your "poker account" to your "cashier account", but that doesn't do us any good if they won't transfer to Neteller or send a check.

Heck of it is, I liked playing there.

*bump*
On November 28 I received the following from PokesPoker:

"For all those with pending withdrawals, we want to assure all of you that your money is accounted for and will be paid. We are working on a payment time line for all players and hope to resolve matters as soon as possible. A first installment payment will be issued on December 8th. We will make best efforts to finalize the full future payment time lines by that same date. You will also receive another update at this point with the relevant details for moving forward."

Did anyone receive either a payment or an email update? I sure didn't.

Cashed out $2000 (everything I had on the site) a month and a half ago (Oct. 25ish).

4 Emails, a phone call, numberous live support efforts later - no response, not one email, no update, no one knows anything. Not cool.

$600 more in rakeback that just got deposited into my account from RBRUS, which I am not expecting to recieve for a looooooong time (if at all).

Worrying a bit, kind of actually need the money also .
