2-4 nl River decision with KK

Okay, this particular player actually bought in at my other table for 250, and worked it up to like 550, he seemed pretty bad, aggressive. He was playing 30/22 And we got down to heads up, and he raised every pot, reraiased etc, eventually teh table filled up, but then he showed up at my other 2-4 table and sat on my left so we had been going at it a bit and this hand comes up. I'm holding KK, I have 394 .00 stack he's built up to like 550 at this table as well, so he's got me covered

what % of the pot do you suggest betting on these draw heavy boards?

and what % of the pot do you suggest on semi harmless boards in general?

fold. This guy has been running amazing past week or so. It's gave him some confidence and hes kind of gone lagg crazy, but he seems to get there by the river every time. I have seen him do this a once or twice w air so I might call sometimes, but he could have any two cards and would even do this w 57. If I hadn't played w him before this week I would think he was a really good lagg. Not sure if this helps but I would still fold.
