Default NL500 - Two pair in reraised pot, Riverplay?

Hand from NL500, Primapoker. The only history I have with villain is when I two hands earlier repopped preflop with AQ, checked behind on A-high flop and won the pot with a bet on the turn. There hasnīt been a lot of 3-betting preflop so he gave me cred for a good hand.

Now onto this hand. (6handed, Effective stacks 100BB)

Iīm in the BB with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Everybody folds to Villain on the button who makes it $20. I raise it up to $70, Villain call.

Flop comes 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I lead out with a weakish bet, $76. He minraises, I call.

Turn is K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check, Villain checks.

River is 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Do you think I shall check/call or bet this river?

What hands can Villain possibly have given his line?
