Still call it down, the J is a perfect semi bluff card with a flush draw. He is passive but even passive players can realize what is happening and take a shot now and then.

Yea I couldn't fold over just 100 hands. He could easily be value raising a worse hand, even hands like TT and 9x[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] seem possible from his stats.
