NL1K on stars: how much to value bet?

Villain is MrSmokey1, which has a good reputation as a player on Stars, but Hero doesn't know much about his playing style. They are both on all 7 open 5/10 NL tables and have been trading small blows with no real big hands coming up so far. Hero is projecting a relatively tight image.

He took his whole time bank before folding. I'm not sure whether the all-in is a better play here against a good player. The fact that he led three times out of position and then thought for al ong time before folding makes me think he at least had two pair.
