I never thought I'd say this, but I sure wish Florida State didn't suck this year.

I don't think Wisconsin is even a long shot possibility.

Wisconsic has zero shot of making a BCS bowl, let alone the national championship, thanks to the fact that the loser of OSU-Michigan will be the Big 10 at large representative in the BCS.

Also forgot:

Maryland (8-2)
-@ Boston College
-v. Wake Forest
-potential ACC title game v Georgia Tech

Georgia Tech (8-2)
-v. Duke
-@ Georgia
-ACC Title game against Wake/MD winner.

While the ACC champ has no shot at the championship game, they are guaranteed a BCS bowl.

Since I don't really pay enough attention to BCS scenarios, assuming Wisconsin beats Buffalo (they will), what precisely has to happen for them to have a shot at a BCS bowl?
