Default Why was there a huge increase in players at stars and ft but not UB?

I've been following most of the site news since the new law was passed and I understand why stars and FT traffic increased so much, but why didnt UB's traffic increase significantly? They were a pretty big site to start off with and they still accept US players...

I'd go with in decending order...

1) Stars and FTP both advertise literally 50x more than UB.

2) UB had severe software problems earlier this year that upset a lot of people.

3) UB has a reputation of not having many fish.

UB has been growing steadly - what are you talking about. Actually Star has NOT been growing as fast as Full Tilt and Bodog.

UB's numbers have grown IMO.

I remember not too long ago when there would only be like two FL tables going during U.S. prime time. (at my limit anyways, 2/4)

I mean it was getting pretty close to a ghost town.

But now there are five 2/4 games going, and it's not even prime time yet.

There are eight 1/2 games going, +2 kill games.

Games are soft too....

I actually tried UB for the first time this past week. Put in 100 bucks, lost it in about three days, and wasn't happy.

It wasn't just the losing, as I played low limit to try and build a roll there, just found it unfriendly, not enough selection and didn't like the format.

I won't be back, made me realize how much better Stars and FT are.

Looking at the most recent PokerSiteScout numbers it appears Bodog has just passed UB in ring game traffic.

UB is slightly ahead of Bodog... you can't go by 1 days traffic

i think because it was always prodominantly a US site. Early morning play, meaning our time zones, was always rather bleak.

that tells you something, the software at UB is like a Lexus while bodog's is like a Gremlin.
