Help me find an ISP to host a personal website.

I have a domain and need to find a host for 1 email account and a dozen or so pages. Low traffic, no SQL or ecommerce. 1 gig storage tops. FrontPage compatability for uploads would be good.

I don't want a free host with adds. Looking to pay about $20/yr + domain name reg fee.
