Default 200NL, 9 handed: noob with QQ

This was on Bodog, so sorry that it's a mess.

Hero is in SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villain is UTG and raises $9
We're both deep stacked.
Villain just joined the table so no reads.
Folded to me.
Hero makes it $19
Villain calls
flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero bets $14
Villain reraises to $45
His pf raise and his flop reraise makes me think he's possibly on AA, KK, QQ, JJ.
Is this an easy fold?

raise more preflop if your going to three bet. make it 24-30ish.
and what is that flop bet meant to do? scare him? coax him into bluffing you off the best hand? my advice is to bet 3/4 pot on the flop. if he still comes over the top well yeah thats one of the sucky spots where you have to decide if he has AA/KK/JJ. the only thing you beat is AJ.
