moneybooker out of USA

I just signed up with moneybookers and during the signup process, a message appeared that said they would not allow
residents from the USA to transfer money from moneybrookers
to ANY gambling related web site.

Can anyone else please confirm this as this was the only reason I opened the account.

I will not bother funding the acount at all if this is the case.
