Before someone else says it, look at the FAQ, use a converter.
Put in a real raise pre-flop and maybe he doesn't come along. But yes, he is a donk and you got unlucky. |

I tried converter but it showed the hand history in LHE style.. don't know why.

Come on. You've never made a mistake when you get all-in as a solid favorite. Bad beats happen; there's no way to avoid them.

[/ QUOTE ] I doubt raising more preflop is going to get him to fold--look, he called all-in with nothing but a one-card nine-high flush draw. He's terrible. Not to mention that you should be happy when your opponents are willing to play this poorly. Don't look for ways to avoid getting your money in as a favorite. That said, I generally open raise 4x the big blind plus one big blind for every limper preflop. So, for example, if there's one limper I would make it 750 to go at 75/150 blinds. |
