Default New Samsung 204B Technical Problem

I hooked up my new monitor today into my second video card. Turn it on, everything is fine except the color is way off. Almost a greenish tinge to the picture, and NO REDS. So I check the monitors settings, which are all set to the normal balance. I check the settings in the computer for this monitor. Everything still okay. So I switch which monitor runs to which video card. The widescreen still runs fine, and the 204B still looks crappy. Is there anything I could be missing?

Are you using VGA or DVI? Can you try switching the cables for me, too? (MonitorA/B, CableA/B, & V.CardA/B have 4 arrangements. You've only tried 2 so far. )

I worry that you're using VGA and one of the pins is lose/broken.

it may also be as simple as wiggling / securing the connection better where the cable is plugged into the video card. i have had the problem where your whole monitor has like a reddish tint to it, maybe in your case it's green

Using DVI. After I posted here, I connected a CRT to the problem video card and everything was fine. So as I called tech support for samsung ready to send it back, I re-attached the 204...and everything came back fine. Sorry to waste your time, but thanks for the help.
