Re: Standard line check
Without any reads I think your line is fine. What do you believe his range is for the flop c/r? Do you think a pot sized bet could get him off of 7's on the river?

Re: Standard line check
looks ok. if he's tight, reraise push isnt bad. If hes a donk call and hit, even though your odds are slightly bad, 3 to 1 for your 4 to 1 shot.
The better way to play it is to bet pot, he bumps it to 100, then you're all in is only slight overbet. |

Re: Standard line check
Can I respond to this if my name doesn't include the word "lucky" in it?
I like calling here better than reraising because you have position. Villain is a "solid player" but I think already getting 3 to 1 we are still getting a decent amount of implied odds - I'm sure if we hit we can get at least one more decent bet out of him. |

Re: Standard line check
LD,
For his flop c/r, he could well have a K, set, pair between qq-88 or a flush draw. After he checks the turn and river, it seems he doesnt have a K or set but my line does look like a draw and was wondering if firing into this pot is worth it. Lucky, While potting this flop has some merit, i like to bet a standard 2/3 or 3/4 of the pot. Equal, That was my thinking on the flop. Any ideas on a turn/river move after each gets checked. |
