Full Tilt account suspended

hello,

i dont have a clue why but today i tried logging into my fulltilt account and it says that my account has been suspended. my friends and his brothers account have also been suspended. we played yesterday and had skype conversation at the same time. did that b4 many times. we dont have a clue what happened. customer support did not answer yet ... any1 got a clue or experienced the same ?

i am not from us but from europe btw ...
