Default NL 100 - KK out of position, raised on flop

Had only played like 6 hands with the villian, so no real reads. Was hoping to check raise the turn all-in, but then he checked behind. 3 bet the flop? Bet the river? Wasn't sure any worse hands would call a bet on the river. Anyway, here's the hand.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

SB ($16.15)
Hero ($120.75)
UTG ($17.85)
MP ($33.90)
CO ($99.30)
Button ($62.20)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, K.
1 fold</font>, MP calls $1, CO calls $1, 1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero raises to $5</font>, MP folds, CO calls $4, SB folds.

Flop: ($12) 2, 9, 2 (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $10</font>, CO raises to $25</font>, Hero calls $15.

Turn: ($62) 8 (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, CO checks.

River: ($62) T (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, CO checks.

Final Pot: $62
