Default Harrah\'s New Orleans?

Just curious what people think the level of play is at Harrah's New Orleans. Especially the NL games and the 1/2 NL game in particular. Anyone played there recently? How would it compare to various "juicy" games around the country?

Try a search on the topic. You will get more info. I have played there many times.

Anyways the players in New Orleans play poker as badly as anywhere else except perhaps California. Players in New Orleans have no clue and are easy to beat before the rake/time charge.

The 1/2 NL probably sucks now because of a $6 per half hour time charge they started doing during the summer. I played the 1/2 NL there before the time charge but I have to think that the time charge makes the 1/2 NL a poor game.

This is pretty accurate. I was there last weekend and the players I played with had a bit more of a clue than the typical lowest-limit CA players but were still pretty soft. I also didn't see nearly as many short buys as I usually do in a CA game.
