Report on Indian Call centers

I just saw a Headline News report on the life of people who work at call centers in India. The overall introduction and tone of the report was tha this was a tough world where people work all night long and how the job forced a lifestyle that was tough to live with.

It then went on to detail how the workers have to struggle with:

1) high pay
2) exposure to alcohol and drugs at work,
3) having sex in dark back rooms during breaks, and
4) the temptation to enter into live-in relationships.

This struck me as funny because that list of job perks sounds fantastic. They should have framed it as "we've discovered the best job ever."
