Default Floorball

I am going to play in a floorball tournament in one month. I havent worked out in two years.. (but I do know how to play)

For those who dont know; floorball is a game where you run after a ball with sticks for 20x2 minutes. We have no subs so its going to be hell.

What should I do? Im thinking 20x2 minutes 3 times a week but maybe thats too little.

Ball hockey? If you're scared about your cardio, start jogging every day, can't hurt.

Jingle jangles on a hill, find a park with a decent hill, set up 4-5 points on the hill, start at the bottom. run to the first point, than down, then up to the second point, back down, etc. If you can get into shape quick enough, adn this becomes easy, add 20 lbs of bricks to a backpack repeat. i got to a point where I was carrying a 80lb heavy bag, when people talk about getting into "good shape", imo, thats a great test.
