What kind of site should I start?

I used to operate a chat website a number of years ago, which got pretty decent traffic. I've taken almost everything down over the years, but it still gets a trickle of traffic. I'm having an urge to build that trickle into a river again.

Point By Point:
- Domain with little traffic, want to build up again
- Am a Web Developer by profession so can build most any idea desired
- Am willing to put the time into it, if the potential is there.
- Would be interested in possible partnerships
- Need some help brainstorming ideas!
