I normally love Party support but... (Am I being reasonable?)

I've got 23k sitting in my Party account. I haven't had less than 10k in the account in the last six months.

I deposited $500 into the account on Friday to get the VIP bonus.

I can't cash out any of the 23k until the $500 clears. Their system won't allow it.

Now its not a huge deal (although I am moving and would prefer to move the cash from here) but it kind of pisses me off.

So after we go through a few iterations of discussion, the lady suggests to me I transfer the money to Neteller (rather than use IGMPAY). I said oh cool, I can do that now? She said no, only after your money clears. I was like then why the f did you suggest it to me? I didn't swear and stayed very polite.

Isn't my request for an immediate cashout reasonable?
