Muckraker digs through the muck to show you what trash your opponent thought was worth showing down.
![]() Just run it and it is fully automatic. Beta DL (004): http://matt.mondrary.com/muckraker.zip Unzipped exe's MD5: fc5086c0354478ab3a3a5bc651edc545 Note that this is a zipped exe and basically, you have to trust that it doesn't own your system. I vouch that muckraker.exe doesn't connect to the internet, collect any system information, install any backdoors or contain any spyware. However, if you're still weary.. and I don't blame you, please read and run the source code instead. You'll need a perl interpreter to do so. DL Source here: http://matt.mondrary.com/muckraker.%5B004%5D.txt Rename the file to .pl. Install ActivePerl (free). http://www.activestate.com/store/dow...5-08d58c2648ca Run the Perl Package Manager and install one additional module: Config-Tiny Enjoy! |

Fantastic! Thank you.
I only wish that I could save the output before it refreshes. |

so this allows you to see a hand that wouldn't show up in HH?

![]()
No. It does the exact same thing as opening up the HH to see what your opponent had, but it just spares you the tedium of using WPEX's hand browser (oh what a pain!). It's just like PokerAce's "Show mucked hands" feature w/o the PokerAce.

New revision out. r006.
Binary: http://matt.mondrary.com/muckraker.zip http://www.mediafire.com/?34wudf0amut Source: http://matt.mondrary.com/muckraker.%5B006%5D.txt The .ini file is a little more configurable. You can set the visibility of the "Watching" message, the banner, the net bb won/lost, and a counter that shows how many hands you've played this session. You can also change the amount of seconds it takes before it auto clears the screen. I also found something that makes the display a little more bearable, since XP's default terminal SUCKS. ![]() To get this, download Console 1.5 from sourceforge. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/c...5.zip?download Then make a console config file called console_muckraker.xml and paste this into it. http://pastie.caboo.se/21300 Now make a shortcut that runs this: (Change depending on where you installed the programs) C:\Apps\Console\console.exe console_muckraker.xml -c "/k C:\apps\muckraker\muckraker.exe" Then you'll have transparent, floating, borderless goodness |

The application works great, but I'm having problems creating a shortcut or BAT file to start the console, I keep getting path errors even though I am using the correct path. I shortened the line so it's just C:\Apps\Console\console.exe console_muckraker.xml and I still get path errors, however
C:\Apps\Console\console.exe without the configuration qualifier works just fine. Any clue why this is happening? My educated guess tells me it might be a user variable, but I don't really know. TT [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] |

Try using an absolute path to the xml file, like so:
C:\Apps\Console\console.exe C:\apps\console\console_muckraker.xml |

Try using an absolute path to the xml file, like so: C:\Apps\Console\console.exe C:\apps\console\console_muckraker.xml [/ QUOTE ] problem solved! Any clue why I need to do that? Also what should I change in the xml file to move the window to my second monitor? TT [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] |
