Default Things to do to anti-tilt

Here's some things I do to anti-tilt, in random order:

1. Guzzle a diet coke
2. Natalie Portman
3. Get an expensive haircut (key for so many things)
4. Kill zombies in Dead Rising
5. Smoke an occasional camel bummed from my roommate
6. Read 2+2 (bad beats stories only)
7. Tell myself that no matter bad I lose, I still got lots of FPP
8. Smash things
9. Play a $5 heads up NLHE sng, and go all in preflop every hand until I win or bust (win about 33% of these)
10. Play some $0.02/$0.04 on Stars, raise every street on every hand, then insult other players' national heritage
11. Meditate
12. Really hot shower
13. Play akishore heads up and stack him hard
14. Look at accident victims on www.ogrish.com and realize it could be worse
15. Monica Belucci
16. Eat good oranges
17. Make fun of Bush
18. Actually open a textbook
19. Play poker and move up in limits
20. Crack my knuckles

Any more suggestions??

This is good also, but it's SUCH a double-edged sword. You either go busto or tilt the entire table. Similar to trying to play a big bluff and then showing cards.

Here's some more of my techniques to reduce tilt:

-Walking my dog (not beating her)
-Killing insects
-Buying crap on Craigslist
-Realizing that I still have a nice bankroll all from playing poker online, even if it's somewhat smaller
-Realizing that beating the game and the rake is impressive and difficult
-Watching Phil Hellmuth on YouTube
-Playing PLO8 and getting it in with an awesome 3/4 hand
-Playing razz and tilting the table bad
-Very loud shouting in the middle of the night

What's wrong with tilt? Adds spice to an otherwise boring game.
