Default 4 bet AQ in blind battle, spew?

Villian is running 21/19, and im probably a little less, maybe 20/15. Hes been 3 betting me a decent amount, and Ive been folding for the most part. There have not been any 4 bets from either of us yet.

I understand calling is standard here, but AQ is not really a hand I want to play OOP for a big pot against a good TAG. I 4 bet here with the intention of calling a shove getting over 2.5 to 1, and probably check folding flop if he calls unless i hit something niiiice.
Anyone like this play, or am I just spewing here?
