Keeping from Tilting
What are some methods others are using to keep from tilting when getting continous bad beats? Normally, I'm pretty good at taking a beat, but I'm about at the end of my ability to enjoy poker, and that means I start to play poorly.
Just had another session where AA or AK lost every time. This puts me at over 20 consequtive times that AA, AK or KK has lost. I'm starting to dread seeing those cards, so I know I'm playing poorly when I see AA and think, [censored] here goes someone else making a fullhouse on me. That's just not the right mind set. Getting up and walking away isn't working, because it's been days of play. I don't even mind losing, but when someone pushes with 64o preflop against my pocket kings and wins, I just don't seem to be handling it well.

The final straw I was SB with AA and the flop was Ks Kh 5h, I knew the button had a K after the preflop betting, yet I kept betting, on that "It can't happen again" mode. The last two days have been particulary brutal, because I haven't just lost but been crushed, lost AK to TTTT, and almost every time it's been a full house. I'm the least superstitious person I know, so when I start feeling like I'm cursed, I know there is a problem. I also understand that this will level out, that it can't continue, but I'd like some input on what others do to maintain their advantage.

I recently had a laughable month playing sit n gos. Was down like 40 buyins at the 55s...seriously lost like 85% of my 40/60s, lost like 70% of my 60/40s, etc. But I still played my 60 or so a day. This last week for me has been like no other. I've made back everything, plus a bunch more, and a ton more of my hands are holding up. So just keep playing basically.

I go to the local casino and drop a couple thousand nickels in the slot machines. Seems to recharge me.
