Default Emailed PS Support

Well, after the last sacking, I have had enough of pokerstars. Here is my email sent.

My account ******.

I am not sure what your software is designed to do, but for the last month it has been totally screwing me. I am sure you hear it alot, and I normally dont buy into it. But after the continuous beatings I take from your software after 'all the money' is in, i.e. turn and river beats...I am all done. I have kept redepositing thinking that it is just variance and I will be able to be a winning player as in other sites, but I guess your software wont let my account win.

Too bad your software has good programs, screen resizing, and other features that work, but your hand generator totally gives weaker hands the best of it.

I will be closing my account once my last little bit runs out, and I will be showing my hands to other friends and swaying them in other directions.

Had a similar run. Lasted 2 weeks, and over 2k SNGs.

I was losing more than I was winning when my opponent and I went all in preflop, and they had 3 outs.

Well, the last 2 days (after this bad run), I've run very hot...so i'm hoping it's all over.

I've played for 2 years, and never saw/experienced anything like those 2 weeks...but I'm just hopeful it's 2 years before I see it again.
