Villain is 30/17/5 no specific reads. Flop is marginal I know, but we are deep. How to proceed on turn?

He has a set here almost always. i would either 3-bet now or call and shove the river.

Are we calling flop raise on the basis of implied odds? (I guess the answer must be yes as we sure don't have the direct odds).

Would villain be justified in calling us a chaser for calling with 2/1 pot odds on our gutshot?

And I'm not sure why Orange said this is a set almost always. To me, it is simply an A almost all the time. Hence the call pf and flop rr.
