I would just call the turn. If you're going to fold to him reraising you then why raise? You turned your hand into a bluff.

And if I call the turn, what's the plan for the river?

once you called the flop, u'd only raise on the later streets if u were willing to call an all in with it.
calling down here seems a better line

raising flop is not a bad idea..... you are ahead of some "value donks" and if villain is semi-bluffing, you should be raising

I'd raise this flop most of the time, but wouldn't do it on the turn.

As played fold is goot.
