PokerRoom Halloween Promotion - NOT PAID!?

Played the "Psycho Killer" tourney during the PR Halloween promo weekend.
Had a side proposition for top 10 "killers" (eliminators of players) from the
3 rebuy tournies combined.

They promised payout in 24 hours for the bounty pool "Butcher Pool";
I have yet to see a dime, a mention on their website about the prizes,
or an email explaining what is going on (standard "please be patient",
etc.)

Anyone play or know what the friggin deal is? If they stall past Nov 6th,
will I get any money?
