99 in SB, UTG raises, UTG+1 3 towns, i cap. callx2. 854 rainbow i bet, raise, 3 bet, I CAP!!!, call, call. TURN 2 blankety blank i bet, call , call River K wtf?

You cap pf from the SB, telling everyone you've got a big hand (bigger than 99, usually). You then lead on a blank flop and get cold 3bet. You cap.
Complete spew. You probably scared an overpair into a calldown.

But postflop is a bigger mistake. When it gets back to you again raised and reraised this is a turbo fold. So capping is defenitely a major major mistake.

Basically you would not be in this spot on the river if you didn't cap the flop.
I would have called the flop, called on on the turn, and donked the river. I think the flop is pretty explanatory. The turn you still have to call, no reads. I like a donk on the river because 1/30 times you might fold out something, but nobody else is going to like it. So my 2+2 answer is call down. You have repped KK/AA here btw. But you still have to check/call. Because AK (aka the nuts) just got there.

Preflop: I'd fold here. 99 is strong, but your opponenets have already shown strength and you'll be out of position the whole hand.
Flop: The bet isn't bad, but I think capping is a big mistake. That flop is so low that with all that action at least one of your opponenets is telling you that they have an overpair to the flop. I think this is an easy fold. Just my opinion...
