Party poker sunday million refund

I was registered for the Sunday mill which was canceled as a result of the legislation being signed into law. The lost player base caused party poker to cancel the tournament, which is understandable, but how come 17 days later, I still have not received my $215 entry refund?

Support simply continues to "thank me for my continued patience".

Anyone else in the same boat?
