Which sites don't subtract Bonuses from MGR?

I remember the Cryptos didn't, but being from the USA, I am no longer allowed to play there.

I beleive Absolute is also on the list. Anywhere else? Full Tilt subtracts it, right? How about UB?

You are correct that Absolute does not. Ub deducts 25% of any cleared bonus from your MGR. For U.S. players Bugsy's Club, True Poker and Doyle's Room are other rooms that do not deduct bonuses.

There are a lot of players with Doyle's Room rakeback. Many were grandfathered in before it was stopped. I was under the impression it was "allowed" if it was not out in the open.

When I made that list (if you are referring to the one at RRR) Rakerebate.net was the only place that offered BetSafe and they were very clear bonuses were not deducted. Maybe they could come post to make sure that is still he case.

BetSafe is moving to Crypto shortly though so they will not be U.S. friendly for much longer.
