Help me work this out: EV and ROR

Is this ev+ to play out? 50 dollar cashable bonus, French Roulette counts 50% of w/r, 1400 left in w/r, have %150 in there (up a bit from pontoon, which I realized only counts as 10% of w/r). So thinking of doing 2800 $1 spins on red/black/whatever

Also what is my ROR here? I would like to know how to do these calculations myself also.
