Has anyone exchanged their ARP's for cash? If so, how many ARP's for what amount in cash?

I have read in other threds that this is possible but I havn't inquired about it myself. From what I understand you can get cash equivilent for items in their store so If you had 100,000 points you could just get cash for them all but would have to save up until you had enough for the laptop or just exchanged some of the in for a smaller value item such as the Ipod.

I've heard if you email the VIP store, they can exchange your ipod points (lets just say) for the cash value of the ipod.
