Tain network: confused as to what affiliates get...

What % do you get for being an affiliate on the Tain network (the sites don't say), and is bonii subtracted? Are they still accepting US affiliates and players?

AFAIK bonuses are deducted. U.S. players and affiliates are accepted. I don't know the %'s though.
