Anyone else hate the huge misconception about Pitbulls????????
Does anyone else hate the huge pitbull misconception? Everytime there is a story on the news they love saying, "Another pitbull attack" The dog could be 1/4 poodle, 1/4 chow, 1/4 pit, and 1/4 lab and they would always say pitbull. I have a lab/pitbull and he's afraid of the wind. People that know I have a pit that are brainwashed can't beleive I'd put him in the same room as a child. It's all how they are raised. I would trust my Lab/Pit w/ a child over my cat. Any dog could be mean if they were raised to be mean.

It speaks well of your parenting skills that you're willing to take that gamble.
The most important thing in life is to be right about something. Who cares about the stakes? Pussies, that's who. I would rather have a dog than a kid any day.

I would trust the lab/pit w/ a kid over the weimy any day because the weimy is so goofy that she is lible to knock the kid over

A dog is an animal. The behavior of any animal (no matter how it is raised) is never 100% predictable.
I would NEVER leave ANY reasonably sized animal with a child that was unsupervised.
