AC Tips Please
Hi,
I am heading to Atlantic City next weekend for a few days R+R. I have played a fair bit of live poker in Vegas, but this will be my first trip to AC. I am mainly limit player, and I will be focusing on the low limit games at the Borgata and the Taj.However, I would like to take a shot at an NL game as well. On my last trip to Vegas, I did very well at the Luxor $50 NL game, and I would like to know if their is a comparably donktastic game in AC? I would also be interested in any food suggestions? I am familiar with the 78suited site. Are there any other AC Guide sites that I should know about? Many thanks to all. |

Re: AC Tips Please
if you are playing at borgata, their 1/2NL are quite donktastic... actually any 1/2NL in AC is that way - eating there, cant go wrong with bobby flay or specchio (request mezzanine seating with your reservation), both have always treated me right ... casual eats, dont know if youve been there since the new room opened but downstairs theres a cafeteria now with a bunch of good quick eating options - good luck at the tables

Re: AC Tips Please
Don't even bother with the Taj. Go straight to the borg and stay there.

Re: AC Tips Please
As stated before. The Borg has a lot of great places to eat. All the restaraunts are top rate, "The Cafeteria" downstairs from the poker room has good fast food, and i like to go to Risi Bisi for lunch; they have great wraps, panini's and pizza.
