Re: Pushbot Check
Pushing TT is always profitable with an M<10.
Not sure if it's optimal. |

Re: Pushbot Check
Probably is. You don't want a difficult flop short-stacked with Broadways.

Re: Pushbot Check
Shoving is probably the best option here.

Re: Pushbot Check
I'd check if more than half of the pots were getting raised preflop

[/ QUOTE ] Assuming it's a limp - do you limp-shove or limp-fold? And what do you do when your limp entices 2 more people behind you to lim in as well and now ayou are on the flop 4-handed with overcards.... |

Don't be results oriented if you pushed and lost. You can't possibly consider folding and merely raising puts you in an awkward position if someone behind you pushes as you probably have to call anyway getting 2:1. You can only consider folding to a push from the tightest of tight players at the table, who are also the same people that are most likely to fold if you push first and even in that case versus most opponents you probably shouldn't fold anyway. Limping is only slightly better than folding because mucking this hand preflop would be way too weak - but it's still pretty awful.. In summary: 1- Push. 2- Win. 3- Profit. |
