Default basic overpairs question 70BB stax, .5/1NL check raised on flop

Full Tilt Poker Game #1154874951: Table Tropical (6 max) - $0.50/$1 - No Limit Hold'em - 0:50:44 ET - 2006/10/27
Seat 1: villian ($80.95)
Seat 2: xxx
Seat 3: xxx
Seat 4: hero ($70.15)
Seat 5: xxx
Seat 6: xxx
The button is in seat #5
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to shawn [Qh Qd]
UTG folds
hero raises to $3.50
2 players fold
villian calls $2.50
*** FLOP *** [4c Tc 5d]
villian checks
hero bets $9
villian raises to $20

I have seen villian raise draws, but he is not a total maniac.

I threw in this pokerstove although I'm not sure this is an acurate range...

Board: 4c Tc 5d
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 48.9228 % 48.10% 00.82% { QdQh }
Hand 2: 51.0772 % 50.25% 00.82% { TT+, 55-44, AcKc, QTs, JTs, 76s, ATo, 76o }

Any thoughts appreciated.

should I fold QQ preflop with just 70BB's? lol

every post starts with buyin full. why? how about buyin for 70 BB's and fold suited connectors... and what does buying in full have to do with playing QQ from MP?
