What rules do you use for poker tracker?

I would like someone to give me a rough import rules, because i'm pretty bad with that mess. I tried going through the search function and couldn't find like an exact import deal. 10 max for 100 nl would be awesome.

These are guidelines. It takes some time and experience to figure out how some of the combinations of data can help you make decisions during play. Taking good notes on betting patterns and tendencies is more important.
