What do you do when you lose internet connection
Today I lost internet connection. It was only TT but I had already put in about 1/4 of my stack when the internet connection went south. If that happened to you would you sue the internet company for approximate winnings? How would you handle it? I know that there is no all-in protection anymore because of fraud. Of course when I was able to return the tournament was over and I didn't place.
Thank you in advance; Sherman |

Don't let him put it off like it's not his fault because we all know the tech support people are liable for every problem that arises with your internet connection. Their measly wages more than compensate for the angry customers they deal with on a daily basis. After all, anyone willing to accept a paycheck from such a disreputable company like an ISP should be prepared for this sort of thing. Or you could just go cry in the corner, shaking relentlessly until you pass out from exhaustion and frustration.... |

Re: What do you do when you lose internet connection
I once actually packed up my laptop and went in to work on a Sunday.
Disconnections are a part of internet poker man. If the money was that much and that important, you should have a cable connection with a DSL and/or dial up backup. It also sounds as if this one win was a bit too important to you, and you need to loosen your grip a little on the mouse. |
