Default What Countries Currently Regulate and License Online Poker?

Are there other countries besides Sweden, South Africa, and Italy that do/will regulate and license online poker?

I believe Ireland, Australia, and the UK do as well. And of course, there are the smaller nations like Costa Rica and Gibralter that house the offices of the industry.

UK will be doing very soon. The first licences are being advertised sometime next year I believe. Of course Gibraltar is UK owned so I guess in a way the UK already has licensed online gambling.
