Abc Poker Problem

I've been trying to run abc poker (a prima skin) on my computer but it causes some sort of error every time and the software won't open. Has anyone had similar issues? If so, please let me know how to fix this.

My Prima client also crashes all the time. My computer game "unknown exception" warning so my Prima site support found out really funny answer to the problem.

"I have spoken to our IT department and in order to have this situation resolved you must change the memory on your computer. Once this is done your poker client will not crashed." [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I hope no-one takes their answer seriously.

But I if anyone has any good ideas how to "repair" Prima client I am interested. I have reinstalled software many times, cleaned registry and reinstalled. No help. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
