Default Why You Lose at Poker

Has anyone read this book? If so could someone write a short review. Does it cover no limit?

Thanks,

GeoC

This book explains leaks and just about all of them.
If your a great player with no leaks (as everyone thinks they are) you don't need this book.

It got bad reviews here I believe (because everyone here is a winner).

I thought it was a pretty good read and it showed me some leaks I have that I did not know I had.

It's not going to make you a great player but it's worth the price if you just plug one leak in your game.

To a fish like me it did help.

Does it apply to no-limit?

Not really... If I remember correctly there is a small section in the back that shows some sample hands don't take my word for it.

Hi Russ. Just wondering, will you be putting up a table of contents on Amazon?

Do you mean, it's mostly limit book?

That's up to the publisher and Amazon. I'd like the table of contents to be up on Amazon, but I don't know whether or not that will happen.

No, it's not a limit book nor is it a book on no-limit hold'em. The book looks at sixteen common leaks in people's games, and using hand examples and analysis shows how to either lose less money or win more money.

CardPlayer recently reviewed the book; you can find the review here (note that it as the very end of this article). The review accurately captures what the book is about.
