Bet graded incorrectly

So I placed a bet at BetCris yesterday that there would be a score in the last 2 minutes of the 1st half during the Broncos-Browns game.

Tatum Bell scores with exactly 1:59 left on the clock, but BetCris graded my wager a loss. WTF? Do I just hop on live chat and ask for help? Am I screwed here?

Live chat sounds like the best bet. Provide a link to the NFL stats page.

On chat with them now, and I thought the same thing. I just sent them the link for play-by-play from NFL.com.

Interesting dilemma. Wonder if there is fine print about last 2 minutes meaning technically AFTER 2 minute warning. Let us know how you make out, and don't give up easy!

Well, first they told me that I placed a bet on whether there would be a score in the last 2 minutes of the game, not the first half. After I told them that they don't even offer that wager they went back to check again.

And now they are saying that they will investigate and I should check my account in 10 minutes.
