I prefer #2, mainly on location, right next to the University and a block away from yonge St. Also it looks more modern on the inside (personal aesthetics).

I'm not sure of the location of #2, but the only thing it has going for it are the views of the lake. That $900 a month condo fee is a little frightening.

Is yonge street like the bars/restaurants area?

condo fee is high; view is sick definitely a luxury though. It a little south.

I was assuming Canadians had some different way of saying apartment. Thats not really a condo fee is it? The fee in my building is around $100.

The one on Bay st hands down, better investment for sure and hookers are close , the etobicrack one is close to qew and humber river and if u ever drove by there in the summer the stench is rancid, but at lest there are cheap hookers nearby.
